Tenancies are renewed on a yearly basis and the fee is normally pro-rata’d depending on when a new tenant takes over the plot. Larger plots are approx £30 per year with half size plots being approx £15. There is a small waiting list but new plots are planned to accomodate these requirements. |
Allotments
Newark Town Council currently has 4 Allotment Sites within the boundaries of the Town. There are 152 plots altogether some full size and some half size. They are located at:
* Barnby Road * Fleming Drive
* Bowbridge Road * Hawton Road
