Newark Town Council, who organise the event, are looking for local groups, organisations and clubs to come along and take a stand at the event which is held in The Market Place, the Buttermarket and The Town Hall.  It is free of charge for exhibitors and visitors.  The central arena is ideal for groups who want to demonstrate their activities to the residents of Newark.

Cllr David Nixon who introduced this event during his mayoral year said 'This is an ideal opportunity to come along and promote your organisation or to demonstrate what your association/club can offer to the local community and its members'.

With over 2,500 local residents expected to attend the event, your organisation, whatever it may be, is guaranteed a fantastic promotional opportunity.
