Mayors Charity Quiz Night
Every year the Mayor of Newark seeks to raise funds for their chosen charities which for 2025 – 2026 are Newark Foodbank, Bomber County Gateway Trust and Mansfield Cat Rescue.
Fundraising occurs in many ways including a number of public ticketed events.
The next Charity Event will be the Mayor’s Charity Quiz Night – please see details opposite.
The Town Mayor of Newark, Councillor Barbara Corrigan, will be the Quiz Master at a Charity Quiz Night on Thursday 11th December 2025.
This will take place in the Ballroom at Newark Town Hall – the doors will open at 6pm and our Licensed Bar will be open.
The Quiz will start at 7pm – during the interval there will be a Fish and Chip Supper – Vegetarian alternative of Creamy Vegetable Lattice Pie and Chips available, but must be booked.
Finish time is approximately 10pm – all booking details are on the attached poster – please display this if you are able to.
Donations are being requested on the night, for Newark Food Bank (food and toiletries), and Mansfield Cat Rescue (cat food and cat toys).
